For 10 years, Gleem has been providing cleaners in Bristol to perform great cleaning to our customers.
We are seriously aware of what it needs to do a great job, and something that we make sure not to forget are 2 key attitudes from our cleaners:
Taking Pride in their work AND being Helpful.
When someone takes pride in their work, it means they get satisfaction from doing a good job.
We know that this leads to a better job: someone cleaning in another persons home, alone could easily do a bad job...but when someone takes pride, they do a great job regardless.
When a cleaner is helpful, they look out for the little touches that they can perform when cleaning for someone else: Helpful things like changing bed linen, or organising clothes for someone.
These attitudes to taking pride and being helpful doesn't exist with everyone who applies for a job at Gleem. We really focus on these 2 aspects and attitudes, because we know how it converts over to the quality of the cleaning and the level of customer satisfaction!
